Terms of use.

These terms are a draft for legal review. They apply to the website at www.arkservices.app and the services described below. If you are a customer with a signed agreement, that agreement wins where it differs from this page.

This website

• The site is provided for information about ARK’s services. Prices are not shown yet and anything marked “to be confirmed” is not an offer.
• The design, text, code and logos belong to ARK or its licensors. Other brands shown on the site, such as mylifeplanner, belong to their owners. You may link to the site and quote short extracts with credit. You may not copy the site or present it as your own.
• Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, probe for weaknesses without our written permission, or send spam through the contact form.
• We try to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we do not promise either. Case studies marked as examples are illustrations.
• Links to other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for them.

Client portal

• Portal accounts are for the people a customer has asked us to add. Keep your password private, use a new one that you do not use elsewhere, and tell us at once if you think someone else knows it. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Use the portal only for your own business’s systems. Do not look for or open another client’s data. Every portal request is limited to your own clients, and activity is logged.
• We may suspend an account that is misused or puts others at risk, and will tell the customer’s owner when we do.

ARKbot early access

• ARKbot is in alpha. It may be wrong, slow, change without notice or stop working. Do not rely on it for anything where a mistake would be costly, and keep the approval and budget limits switched on.
• It currently supports Windows 11 Pro and macOS. Installers are not code-signed yet, so your computer will ask you to confirm before it runs them. Check the published checksum before you install.
• You decide which accounts, websites and files an AI employee can use. You are responsible for what you allow it to do, for having the right to give it that access, and for checking its work.
• Early access is by request through the “Start a project” form. Prices are to be confirmed. We may end early access at any time.
• How we handle data in ARKbot is described in the privacy policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for loss of profit, business or data, to the extent the law allows, and the site and early-access software are provided as they are, without warranties we are not required by law to give. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where the law of your home country gives you the right to go to your local courts. We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
